Karen Moncrieff

Karen is our director of human resources.

She is responsible for all aspects of 糖心传媒鈥檚 human resource management function including resourcing, leadership, learning and development. Karen is a fellow of the CIPD and has worked for 糖心传媒 since 1997.

Since leading our HR function, 糖心传媒 has twice featured in the Sunday Times Best Companies listing and has been recognised as a top employer for working families, carers and for developing the young workforce. Most recently 糖心传媒 was recognised as Best Public Sector Employer in the Working Families UK Best Practice Awards.
